ServiceLine — Melbourne

CONCRETE ISPERMANENT.SO WE TREAT ITTHAT WAY.

ServiceLine is a Melbourne concreting and construction team working across residential, commercial and industrial sites — from a single driveway to a full commercial slab. Every job runs through the same four stages: the site as it is, the plan that respects it, the build that executes it, and a finish that will still be flat and true in twenty years.

The Unit of Everything

IT STARTS WITH ONE.

01 Fired clay. 230 by 110 by 76 millimetres. The unit every structure is counted in.

02 Every face matters — laid to line and level, checked against a 2mm tolerance.

03 Ten thousand of these, one straight line at a time. That's the job.

The ServiceLine Process

FOUR STAGES.ONE STANDARD.

Every ServiceLine project — a driveway, a pool surround, a commercial pad — passes through the same four stages. Scroll to move through them.

Stage 01 — Raw

Every structure begins as nothing more than ground, aggregate, and potential.

Before a single form goes in, there is only site and material — undisturbed ground, raw aggregate, the honest weight of what's actually there. We start by understanding it, not fighting it.

Stage 02 — Plan

Intention becomes geometry. Every line is decided before it is poured.

Falls, thicknesses, reinforcement, control joints, drainage — the site is measured, engineered and set out with the same precision the finished surface will be judged by.

Stage 03 — Build

Formwork holds the line. The pour makes it permanent.

This is where the plan becomes physical — steel is fixed, forms are set true, concrete is placed, compacted and screeded while the site works against the clock of a curing surface.

Stage 04 — Finish

What's left is flat, true, and built to carry weight for decades.

Edges are cut clean, surfaces are cured and sealed, the site is left better than it was found — a finished surface that reads as simple only because everything underneath it was done right.

Why ServiceLine

BUILT ON SITE.NOT ON PROMISES.

On-schedule delivery, honest communication, and a finished product that exceeds the brief — not as slogans, but as the operating standard on every ServiceLine site across Melbourne and Victoria.
